All orders are shipped with insured express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT), with tracking number and signature required upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return provided that:
The item is unworn and in its original condition
The original packaging is intact

We provide international size guides for rings. If you’re unsure about your size, feel free to contact us before placing your order — we’ll be happy to assist you.

We strongly encourage you to check your ring size carefully before placing your order.
If you don’t know your size, we recommend having your finger professionally measured at a reputable jewellery store. Alternatively, contact us at info@enrimars.com and we’ll help you find the correct size.

WRONG SIZE?
In most cases, your ENRI MARS ring can be resized free of charge if the size ordered is not correct.
You only cover the shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending your piece back so we can arrange the resizing with you.
BRACELET SIZE GUIDE
Depending on the design, each bangle or bracelet may fit tighter or looser. For bracelets, sizing is based primarily on your wrist measurement
XS — 13.5–15 cm / 5.3–5.9 in

HOW TO MEASURE
Measure your wrist snugly using a tailor’s measuring tape. If you don’t have one, use a strip of paper or ribbon, mark your wrist circumference and then measure it flat.

To preserve your jewellery:
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics and chemical products.
Remove your jewellery before swimming, training or sleeping.
When not in use, store each piece separately in a dry place, preferably inside its original ENRI MARS pouch or box.
NATURAL OXIDATION
OXIDATION IS NOT A DEFECT.
Oxidation is a natural and expected process, especially in silver jewellery.
Silver naturally reacts with air, humidity and the pH of your skin. Over time, its surface may darken or change tone. This is a natural characteristic of the material and not an indication of poor quality or a defectThe intensity and speed of oxidation vary from person to person and may be influenced by sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, humidity, thermal waters and other environmental factors.
If you prefer a brighter finish, silver can be gently cleaned with a suitable silver polishing cloth.

Some ENRI MARS pieces feature intentional oxidation, patinas or surface treatments that are part of the original design. Avoid aggressive cleaning products or abrasive polishing, as they may alter these finishes.
UNIQUENESS & IMPERFECTIONS
NO TWO PIECES ARE EXACTLY THE SAME
Every ENRI MARS piece is handcrafted individually. Small variations in texture, shape, finish and color are therefore natural and make each piece unique.
These differences are not imperfections to be corrected, but traces of the process behind the object. They are part of its identity.
Product photographs should therefore be considered representative. The piece you receive may show subtle variations from the one pictured, while maintaining the same design, materials and character.

If your jewellery ever needs attention, repair or maintenance, contact us at info@enrimars.com with a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a few photographs of the piece.
We will evaluate the piece individually and advise you on the best possible solution.
